Why you need this
Running your profile by hand vs INK Routine
What it looks like without help
- Evenings go to writing captions instead of resting
- You post irregularly — reach and inquiries drop
- Hashtags picked by gut feeling: sometimes they work, sometimes they don't
- Posts go out at random times, whenever you have a spare moment
- Your profile stays silent for weeks and clients ask if you're still working
What it looks like with INK Routine
- You upload your work once — the app handles the rest
- A steady publishing rhythm week after week, with no supervision
- A caption in the industry's voice plus exactly 5 curated hashtags per post
- Posting times chosen by the system, based on the best hours for the tattoo industry
- Your profile stays alive and attracts inquiries while you do your thing — tattooing
How it works

It analyzes the photo or video, writes a tattoo-style caption matching your voice, picks exactly 5 hashtags and sets the best publishing time.

Official integration
App verified by Meta, publishing through the official Instagram API
INK Routine has passed both checks Meta requires from tools that publish on Instagram: business verification and App Review. We publish through the same permitted route as Meta's own business tools — we don't work around Instagram's rules.
Meta business verification — completed
Meta confirmed the details of the company behind the app. It's the first condition for being allowed to publish on behalf of other accounts.
Meta App Review — permissions approved
Approved permissions: instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish. Without them, no app can publish to someone else's profile.
Official login — we never see your password
You connect your account through Meta login (OAuth). Your password goes only to Instagram. You can revoke access with one click in your Instagram settings.
Zero bots and fake activity
We don't click likes or follows for you, we don't log in with your password, we don't scrape other profiles. We respect API limits and our own daily publishing cap.
Honest talk about account safety: the risk of a ban comes from tools that break the rules — bots that log in with your password and click in the background. We operate within the platform's rules, and content that could violate Instagram's guidelines (e.g. nudity or banned symbols) is held back automatically with a notification to you. What happens to an account is always co-decided by the content itself — and that decision is yours.
Before you start: you need a Business or Creator account
INK Routine publishes through the official Meta API. That requires an Instagram account switched to Business or Creator — no Facebook Page needed. A regular personal account doesn't allow automatic publishing — that's Instagram's restriction, not ours.
Switching is free and takes a few minutes in your Instagram settings.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a business account on Instagram?
Yes — publishing through the official Meta API requires a Business or Creator account. You don't need a Facebook Page — you log in directly with Instagram. Switching from a personal account is free and takes a few minutes in your Instagram settings.
Is INK Routine officially approved by Meta?
Yes. The app has passed Meta business verification and Meta App Review, which approved the instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish permissions — i.e. consent to publish content on the connected profile. Without that review, no tool may publish on Instagram on your behalf. The approval concerns the app's permissions: it is not a partnership with Meta nor a guarantee for the content you publish.
Can automatic publishing get my account banned?
We publish exclusively through the OFFICIAL Meta API (Instagram Graph API) — the same permitted route used by Meta's business tools. That's the fundamental difference from "bots" and automations that log in with your password and click in the background: those tools break Instagram's terms and they are what genuinely puts accounts at risk. We operate within the platform's rules. On top of that, content that could violate Instagram's guidelines (e.g. nudity or banned symbols) is held back automatically and you get a notification — we protect your reach and your account.
Does INK Routine know my Instagram password?
No. You connect your account through the official Meta login (OAuth) — your password goes only to Meta, we never see it. We only receive an access token, which we store encrypted. You can revoke access at any time: in Instagram settings (Apps and Websites) or by deleting your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) — we then permanently delete the tokens as well.
How much material do I need to upload?
As much as you want to publish — with your settings (e.g. 3 posts and 4 stories a week), the app shows how much material is missing for the upcoming week. Uploading a week's supply literally takes a few minutes.
Can I influence what the AI writes?
Yes — you set up a brand profile: style, tone and caption language, and the AI follows those guidelines with every post. Publishing itself is automatic, so you don't have to click anything. Content the system deems risky (e.g. potentially violating Instagram's rules) is skipped and you get a notification.
How many posts can go out per day?
At most 3 per day on your profile grid (posts and reels combined), and no more than 21 a week — flooding a profile lowers reach and looks spammy. Stories have a separate limit: up to 5 a day and 35 a week; they disappear after 24 hours.
Is there a limit on AI-written captions?
Yes — the app prepares captions and hashtags for up to 120 pieces of content per month. That covers the highest possible publishing frequency (3 per day on the grid) with headroom, so you won't hit it in normal use. Posts and reels count; stories go without captions because Instagram doesn't support them there. If the limit ever runs out, you can still upload — content waits in folders until the limit renews, and stories keep publishing normally. The full list of limits is in the Terms of Service.
How much does it cost and can I cancel?
You start for free — 3 grid posts (posts or reels) and 4 stories at no charge, to see how it works. Then a single plan: 49 PLN/mo at the launch price (regular price 99 PLN/mo) — join now and keep 49 PLN forever. Monthly subscription — no commitment, cancel anytime.
